  for Personalized Health (ICPH) campus Inova Well; 8100 Inno
 vation Park Drive, Fairfax, VA 22031, conference center building 2nd floor. 
 Enter the building via the main entrance on Innovation Park Drive (under the
  sky bridge), take elevators up to 2nd floor, exit elev
 ators to your right and follow signage to conference room (on your right).\n
 About your class – This in-person classroom course will
  include hands-on practice and skills testing. This class takes 3.5 hours an
 d requires on-time attendance for the full course. Please note, if you arriv
 e late or leave early you will NOT successfully complet
 e the course.\n\nCourse Materials: Your Student Workbook will be mailed to y
 ou if you register more than a week prior to the class date. Otherwise you w
 ill receive your student workbook in class.\n\nThe online credit card paymen
 t for this registration will be listed on your credit card statement with th
