A printed copy of your ACLS precourse self-ass essment score report with a 70% or better score\n\n2. A printed copy of your AHA precourse work certificate for completing the video lessons and self-as sessment\n\nYou will NOT be admitted to the class if you do not bring both y our score report and certificate.\nNote you must complete a new precourse se lf-assessment and precourse work video lessons for each time you renew your ACLS.\nIf students do not have assignments printed they must have it ready f or the instructor to view on their electronic device.
