This code provides access to the onli ne course. \nCompleting the eLearning Online Course: The eLearning course is a self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program that uses adaptive learnin g technology to allow learners to acquire and demonstrate Pediatric Advanced Life Support skills using a personalized learning path that adapts in real time to a learner’s performance. The program is designed for healthcare prof essionals who need Pediatric Advanced Life Support training for their clinic al duties and have taken a PALS course previously. Utilizing a variety of eL earning assets such as dramatizations, Cognitive Assessment Activities, illu strations, knowledge checks and interactive activities, this program teaches PALS knowledge and skills. This method of learning provides training consis tency and adaptability to different learning styles. Students can work at th eir own pace applying their knowledge to real-time decision making. Debriefi ngs and coaching are provided immediately after each knowledge check and eac h Cognitive Assessment Activity. After successfully completing the online co urse you will receive a certificate of completion.
