Fairfax location: Every Thursday at the Inova Center for Personalized Health starting on May 11 from 12:00 PM- 1:30 PM.

Address: 8100 Innovation Park Dr., Fairfax, VA 22031
Directions to room: Building 8100, Inova Center for Healthy Living, Lower Level in Studio 3. Park in the parking lot off of Peterson Discovery Drive. Walk toward building 8100 and enter under the glass skybridge. Once inside, take the elevators down to LL.  Go into the gym directly in front of the elevators and enter studio 3.

Loudoun location: Every Friday at the Inova Loudoun Cornwall location starting on May 12 from 10:30 am- 12:00 pm.
Address: 224D Cornwall St NW, Leesburg, VA 20176
Directions to room: Building D, Community Meeting Room 103. Park in the parking lot in front of the emergency room entrance. Enter the building labeled “224-D.” Once inside, go down the hallway to the right. Room 103 is at the end of the hallway on the left.

Fair Oaks location:  Every Tuesday in the Cancer Center Building at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Address: Cancer Center Building, 3580 Joseph Siewick Dr., Conference Room C, Fairfax, VA 22033
Directions to room: Park in the small, gated lot between buildings 3580 and 3600. When entering building 3580, take elevator down to lower level for conference room C.

Alexandria location: Every Tuesday at the Inova Alexandria Hospital from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Address: 4320 Seminary Rd., HEC Classrooms 1&2, Alexandria, VA 22304
Directions to room: Enter through door 45 into the Health Education Center (to the right of the visitor’s entrance). Classrooms 1&2 are immediately on the left once inside the building.
