One-on-One Inova Well Health Coaching

The One-on-One Inova Well Health Coaching program is designed to assist all clients in achieving their personal health and wellness goals. Inova Well Health Coaches facilitate evidence-based conversation and clinical intervention to adopt healthy, long-term, and sustainable lifestyle and behavior modification that can improve health related quality of life. Inova Well Health Coaching Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday: normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), appointments vary by availability
  • Location: Virtually - via Zoom or telephone

During these 60-minute sessions, participants can expect the following:

  • Check-in with certified health coach
  • Review health history
  • Assistance creating SMART goals
  • Receive tools for improved wellness through behavior change (nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, etc.)
  • Motivation, support and accountability

Meet your Inova Well Health Coach: 

Deborah Kim, MPH, CHC

Deborah Kim is an American Council on Exercise - Certified Health Coach with a Masters of Public Health and Bachelors of Science in Nutrition. Deborah's passion for health coaching is driven by helping her clients set and reach their own personal health and wellness goals. Deborah values guiding and supporting clients in their journey to optimal health. Her philosophy is that through accountability and small lifestyle changes, clients are able to proactively improve their own health and be on the pathway to live their best, fulfilling lives.
