From Bump to Baby

Masks are now optional for both participants and instructors.

A one-day six-hour seminar consisting of express version of our 3 most popular classes. From Bump to Baby includes a general overview of Childbirth Express, Baby Care, and Breastfeeding. Expectant parents will be introduced to:

• General overview of labor, birth and early postpartum. This class does not include hands-on comfort measures or breathing practice.

• Baby basics with hands-on practice.   
• Overview of how to get started with breastfeeding.

Class cost includes hard copies of books for each topic with accompanying WebApp.

Class fee includes participant and one adult partner. Partners are encouraged to attend.

Class length: 1 class, 6 hours long including a 30-minute break for lunch

Class cancellations do not always follow local public school closings. To reschedule or request a refund for cancellation due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances call 571-472-1438. Classes not rescheduled within 30 days of cancellation will automatically be refunded to the credit card used for registration.

Please bring a printed or electronic copy of your confirmation email to your class.

Please feel free to bring a snack, lunch, and drink to class for your enjoyment.
