The start of the new year brings opportunities for a fresh beginning—setting new goals or revisiting existing ones with a renewed perspective. In this workshop, we will explore the goal-setting process, examine different types of goals for various situations, and learn strategies to overcome common challenges and barriers to maintaining progress.
This workshop is facilitated by Saville's Behavioral Health Therapist, Alana Yanagida and Wellness Coach, Kanan Mahendru.
