Goal Setting for a Healthier You in 2026 is a practical and motivating virtual workshop designed to help you create wellness goals that are realistic, achievable, and sustainable. Participants will learn proven strategies to clarify priorities, build healthy habits, and develop a personalized plan for long-term success in the year ahead.
